CLB F5/AC is a new chemical product mainly used in the construction of EPB shield.

CLB F5 / AC injects foam generated by expansion into the face to improve the soil in front:

■ Better control of earth pressure
■ Reduce torque and cutter head wear
■ Improve propulsion conditions

Product performance

CLB F5/AC is mainly used for viscous geology with high plasticity and low permeability, such as plaster, clay, silt, etc. Special additives are used to prevent mud cake formation.

CLB F5/AC mainly improves soil mass by adjusting concentration, expansion rate (FER) and injection rate (FIR).

The concentration of CLB F5/AC mixed liquid can be selected according to geological conditions and earth pressure. The following effects can be achieved by using CLB F5/AC:

■ Improve propulsion conditions
■ Improve screw press
■ Prevent mud cake, and the belt conveyor is easy to be unearthed
■ Compatible with most polymers
