The specific application process you will go through depends on several factors: position, location, and department or business area. However, the purpose of the process is the same: to improve mutual understanding between us. We can let you know the general process.
Online application
Online search is the best way to search for jobs. Please email us when you find the position you are interested in. Such as your resume, education certificate, and the position you are applying for.
After receiving the application email, you will receive our confirmation within 48 hours. Then we will review your application to assess whether your skills and qualifications meet the requirements of the position.
Depending on the position you applied for, the following steps may be telephone interview or personal interview, including online interview or offline interview (or any combination of several steps).
Telephone interview
If your application meets the job requirements, we will invite you to accept a telephone interview with our team members. In this way, we can further evaluate your ability and deepen our understanding of you.
Personal interview
If the result of the telephone interview is good, we will invite you to accept a personal interview from the HR Department and/or the manager of the employing department. Through this opportunity, we can deeply understand your skills and experience, and you can show your personality.
Evaluation
After your personal interview, our company will evaluate your personal interview performance. The evaluation time is within 10 working days.
Induction
Enrollment is the last stage of the application process. The onboarding process includes filling in some documents and signing contracts. We will also send you other materials to help you prepare for your first day of employment - we hope you can start a wonderful journey in OSGOOD.
